Origins of Concentrate Lecture at Harvest Lounge

  • Harvest Lounge 4811 Geary Boulevard San Francisco, CA, 94118 United States (map)

Harvest, California's only private cannabis lounge, presents a lecture by Master Hashishin Frenchy Cannoli

As we exit the era of cannabis prohibition in the U.S., it is important to clear-up misconceptions about the cannabis plant and its positive place in human culture and history. During this lecture, Frenchy will take you on a guided photo tour of hashish producing countries (from Nepal, India, and Afghanistan to Lebanon and Morocco), while sharing details on the origins of hashish use in human history. He’ll examine the differences in “terroir” of the producing countries, and show photographic examples of the impact this has on the final product while regaling you with memories of his travels in these countries in the late 1970s and throughout the 1980s.

Please note: This is a special fundraising event - 100% of all proceeds from this lecture will be donated to the Richmond District Community Center, a non-profit with the mission of the to nurture a diverse urban community by developing and providing high quality youth, adult and family programs that address critical community needs and foster respect for all people in our environment. For more information on this great organization go to:
