On August 1, our guest at the Sonoma County Cultivation Group will be Frenchy Cannoli, as part of our Perspectives Series. The renowned Dr. (Hon.) Cannoliwould love to discuss growing cannabis with a focus on making traditional hashish vs. growing for flower, as well as his general rant on the French concept of terroir, and the small farmer as the source of quality when it comes to his hashish, etc. Does this sound familiar, and perhaps even comforting? We may have here a case of parallel and convergent evolution toward Cannabis wisdom, even though we may agree to differ on the power of terroir and the significance of appellations. Frenchy's apprentice Cherry Blossom Belle will join him, and I anticipate a rich and aligning conversation. We owe Steve Evans and Matthew Culmore a vote of thanks for arranging this.
